- Be nice to everyone, from the person who delivers your mail to the people who you disagree with.
- Forgive yourself, you are human not a robot, you are not perfect and you will make mistakes.
- Smile at people and talk to strangers, it’s hard at first but totally worth it.
- Take risks, get out of your comfort zone, this is your life not a rehearsal.
- Don’t listen to people who tell you you can’t do it, prove to them you can.
- When you keep getting a gut feeling that is telling you to do or not to do something – Listen.
- Get rid of the stuff you don’t need or use, stuff weighs us down and gives us more to waste time and energy on.
- Be generous and pay it forward.
- Love the ones you are with.
- Be grateful every day.
- Be honest.
- Eat good food.
- Take your sleep seriously.
- Turn off the news.
- Only post positive stuff on social media and don’t read the comments!
- Buy and read a self help book with a lot of 5 star reviews.
- Spend quality time outside.
- Find an exercise you enjoy and you can safely do depending on your heath and do it regularly. (If in doubt check with your doctor)
- Surround yourself with positive people and cherish and nourish those friendships.
- Spend some time being with yourself, you may be worried that you don’t know how to meditate, that’s ok, just put away your electronics and go for a walk or sit in silence. Just be.
